We're seeking a full-time Lead Service Technician for one of our affordable housing communities in Summit County, CO. If you excel at leading by example, solving problems on the fly, and keeping a community running smoothly, we want to connect with you.What You'll DoOrganize, schedule, and oversee the maintenance workflow for the community.Work within established budgets and assist with managing vendor relationships and bidding processes.Respond to work orders and perform corrective maintenance with professionalism and resident focus.Oversee make-ready apartment turns including painting, basic repairs, and cleaning tasks.Conduct regular preventative maintenance and property inspections.Participate in the on-call emergency maintenance rotation as assigned.Support a safe, clean, and attractive community environmentWhat You BringAt least 5 years of maintenance experience required, lead experience is a plus!Strong mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills.Ability to read and complete work orders and service requests.Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair.Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.HVAC EPA Type ll or Universal certification preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay between $28-$31/hour based on experience.Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with a 6% company match to help you plan for the future.18 days of paid time off plus 11.5 paid holidays each year.Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts.Opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth within a nationally recognized real estate development and property management company.Ready to take the next step in your maintenance career?
