You will work with our client on a 1:1 basis within the clients home, assisting with ADLs, personal care, transfer assistant and errands. You will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing.Schedule: Determined by CaregiverResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records and report any changes in patients' condition or family members' changes in status to the Director of Nursing. Ability to follow a care plan. Assist with household chores and light housekeeping when neededComply with nursing protocols and procedures.Job SummaryCNA's ensure that residents needs of daily living are met by providing personal assistance such as, but not limited to, assisting residents with bathing, dressing, serving meals, washing and drying laundry, visiting with residents, and attending to other resident needs as they arise.
