Reporting to the Plant General Manager, this hands-on role oversees the continual development and improvement of progressive stamping dies and related equipment. Ideal candidates will have worked with tooling and servo press equipment and have direct experience troubleshooting equipment and processes. This role is suitable for an experienced or rising peer leader who wants to train production operators on proper processes and adjustments. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, a strong communicator, and operate with a sense of urgency while remaining easygoing, this could be a great fit.
