Fire Alarm Technician

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Fire Alarm Technician role based in Woburn, MA. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for training, installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm and emergency communication systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving system faults, performing routine testing and inspections, and providing excellent customer service while working closely with clients to ensure regulatory compliance and system functionality. The technician will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate completion of projects. QualificationsProficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and familiarity with related installation and maintenance practicesExperience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with alarm systemsKnowledge of Life Safety Systems, Fire Alarm systems and applicable codes and standardsStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clientsRelevant certifications in fire alarm systems or life safety technologyOvernight travel occasionally requiredValid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent, technical education or certifications are a plus
