Food Runner/Busser

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and enjoyably. This position requires a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. - Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are ready for service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise. - Buss tables and assist with resetting them for new guests. - Adhere to all food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries. Qualifications - Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred. - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. - Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus but not required. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
