PAY: $55,000 - $80,000 Your Role As a MINI Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find their perfect MINI through transparency and expertise. Build Connections: Listen to the customers' needs to create "customers for life." Be the Expert: Master the tech, packages, and specs of the latest MINI models. Showcase Value: Lead professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Drive Results: Manage follow-ups, overcome objections, and hit sales targets. Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Managers to refine your strategy and grow. What You Bring Experience: Previous success as an Automotive Sales Consultant.
