The role requires strong independent judgment and experience supporting enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, hardware, software, and infrastructure.Perform system monitoring, log reviews, security checks, and backup verification.Manage user accounts, file archiving, storage, and system resources.Provide Tier III technical support and resolve hardware/software issues.Apply OS patches, upgrades, security updates, and configure new services.Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.Support VMware, Windows Server, and Linux environments.Required/Preferred Skills4–7 years of System Administration experience.VMware ESXi 7.x or higherMicrosoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025LinuxServer installation, configuration, patching, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience.Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
