This role sits at the intersection of accounting, operations, and FP&A, and will be critical in ensuring data accuracy, improving financial processes, and enabling better decision-making as we grow. You will own core financial workflows (order-to-cash, inventory, reporting) while helping build the foundation for scalable planning and analysis.What you’ll be doing:Own and improve order to cash process, including inventory management, sales and collection along with the logistics and accounting teamsEnsure accuracy and completeness of data in internal systems (orders, returns, fulfillment) while reducing manual workPartner with operations and logistics to improve inventory trackingSupport monthly close in partnership with external accounting firm, in particular AP, AR, and expense reimbursementsHelp accelerate and improve the close processAnalyze monthly financials, research and report on variances to planAnalyze revenue, COGS, OPEX, AR, AP, and inventorySupport budget planning through business partnershipAd hoc financial analysis as neededThis role requires:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting8+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related functionExperience with inventory accounting processesExcellent Advanced Excel financial modeling skillsExperience with presenting to executive managementComfortable working across accounting, operations and FP&ADemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity in a constantly evolving environmentHigh ownership mindset; able to operate independently in an evolving environmentDemonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and results while holding yourself and others to high standardsProven experience collaborating across disciplines and functions, recognizing that cross-functional partnership drives successA bold, experimental mindset that embraces risk and thinks beyond current limitationsStrong communication skills with the ability to deliver honest, constructive feedback with both care and directness.
