Home Health Care ServicesOffices of PhysiciansOutpatient Care CentersActivities Related to Credit IntermediationResidential Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse FacilitiesParx Home Care Account Manager OpportunityParx Home Care is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our amazing team!The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining referral source relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing centers and surrounding healthcare markets, managing account relationships and receiving patient admissions to home health care and private pay patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.Salary range between 70k-120K, Car Allowance, Expense account, Unlimited earning potential for both skilled home health and private duty admissions.What You Will Be Doing:Building clinical referral sources in Hillsborough and surrounding marketsManage account relationships, ensuring we are meeting patient needsCollaborate with our interdisciplinary team of caregivers, nurses, and therapists to ensure clients receive optimal careCoordination of discharge planning for patients to ensure a smooth transition from post-acute facilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenueParticipate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our services and attract new clientsEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home healthcare servicesWhat We're Looking For In You:Bachelor's degree, preferred not requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in home health care (preferred)Proven experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholdersStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of the home healthcare industry, including regulations, policies, and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systemsValid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to client's homes as needed
