Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive Muskegon

Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital is looking for a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to fill their Locum to Perm need!Schedule:Dates of Coverage: January 2025 through June 2025 with possible extension while recruiting additional providers.Schedule: Seven days on, seven days off, 7a-5pCall Schedule: No on call required.Details:Practice Setting: In patient cardiology rounding service.Looking for two providers to alternate weeks.Cardiology is a consult service only. 7 on 7 off, hours 7a-5p 7 days a week.Primary cardiology consult rounder.Responsible for rounding in patients on consult service plus responding to new consults.Will have local APP support 7 days a week.Reason for Coverage: To allow local cardiology group to shift focus to outpatient service to improve outpatient access to care. Recent loss of two providers.Call Ratio: Average 3 calls per weekend in addition to patients on rounding list.Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: Average 6 consults per day. Inpatient rounding list averages 24 patients per dayTrauma Level/Designation: Level IITotal Number of Beds: 348Number of ICU Beds: 30Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 8Other Cardiologists be Present During Locum's Coverage: YesLocum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers: Not responsible for oversight but will have APP working with you on a daily basis.
