This role primarily supports our Service Technicians by ensuring they have the right parts, at the right time, to keep work flowing efficiently.If you enjoy working behind the scenes, staying organized, and being a key part of a high-performing service team—we’d love to hear from you.What We Offer $56,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan (eligible after 90 days) Paid Time Off (PTO) - 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked 7 Paid Holidays Company-supplied uniforms Full benefits details: https://tituswilljobs.com/hourly-non-commissioned-full-time-benefits/What You’ll Do Support Service Technicians by sourcing and issuing parts quickly and accurately Maintain strong communication with technicians and service advisors to prioritize workflow Pull and stage parts orders for repair orders and scheduled jobs Assist with inventory control, bin checks, and stock organization Receive and process incoming parts shipments Ensure parts accuracy, availability, and proper documentation Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts departmentWhat We’re Looking For 1+ year of automotive parts experience (back counter experience preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting technicians Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts systems (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordEqual Opportunity & Pre-Employment RequirementsTitus-Will is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
