RN House Supervisor Skilled Nursing/LTC Location: Hanover, PA 17331Contract: 6 Weeks (Short-term Coverage)Shift: Nights (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)Start Date: Immediate / April 2026The OpportunityWe are seeking a high-level RN House Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and staff for a 150-bed skilled nursing and retirement community. You will act as the "Manager on Duty," ensuring resident safety, quality of care, and seamless communication between families and physicians during the night shift.What You ll DoClinical Leadership: Supervise all nursing personnel and ensure proper staffing levels for the shift.Resident Advocacy: Act as the liaison between residents, families, and physicians; evaluate health changes and coordinate follow-up care.Documentation: Review clinical records for accuracy in MatrixCare/Meditech and update care plans as needed.Emergency Response: Implement emergency protocols as necessary and manage any resident or family concerns decisively. RequirementsExperience: 2 4 years of supervisory experience (Geriatric/LTC environment preferred).EMR Proficiency: Must have experience with MatrixCare (Meditech also utilized).Licensure: Active Pennsylvania RN License is required (Must be currently active).Physical: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.Skills: Strong conflict resolution, delegation, and emergency decision-making abilities. Schedule DetailsHours: 8-hour night shifts (11p 7a).Contract: 6-week assignment with holiday coverage required.
