Mechanical Engineer

OverviewWe are seeking a Mechanical Engineer. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects that meet industry standards and client specifications.DutiesDevelop detailed mechanical designs using CAD tools such as SolidWorks and MasterCAM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Conduct thorough root cause analysis to troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.Create and interpret technical drawings and system diagrams aligned with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.Manage quality control, coordinate manufacturing processes including CNC machining, and oversee prototype testing to ensure timely project delivery.Apply OSHA codes & standards during design development to guarantee safety, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; or equivalent job experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and MasterCAM for mechanical design and drafting.Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, system design, and manufacturing processes.Experience working with technical drawings and CAD modeling adhering to GD&T standards.Knowledge of industry codes & standards.Skilled in quality control and manufacturing oversight (including CNC machining).
