Customer Success ManagerAt Paul Gough Media, we're a growth engine for private healthcare clinics around the world. Founded by Paul Gough, we've helped thousands of clinics build predictable patient-generating systems through marketing, sales, and technology. From our offices in the UK and Orlando, we deliver high-performance funnels, ad campaigns, and CRM systems that help clinic owners grow with confidence.This is not a traditional account management role. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on one thing: making sure our clients use what we build for them and get results because of it. You will take ownership of clients after onboarding and become responsible for their ongoing success inside our proprietary CRM system; PhysioFunnels. That means driving usage, improving engagement, solving problems, and helping clients implement what they need to grow.If you enjoy working directly with clients, solving real problems, and seeing the impact of your work in their results, this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingOwn the client journey post onboarding: Take full responsibility for clients after they complete onboarding, ensuring they stay engaged, active, and progressing.Drive usage & implementation: Work directly inside PhysioFunnels to support clients, building, troubleshooting, and helping implement what's needed to get results.Keep clients moving: Proactively check in, guide next steps, and ensure clients don't stall or drift after onboarding.Solve problems quickly: Identify when clients are stuck or not seeing results, and step in with clear actions to move them forward.Deliver a high-quality client experience: Build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and ensure every interaction reinforces the value of our service.Work with internal teams: Collaborate with Account Managers, Ads Specialists, and Ops to ensure clients are supported end-to-end.What This Role Is NotThis is not a passive support role.This is not just answering messages or "checking in."This is not campaign management or ads delivery.This is a proactive, hands-on role focused on client success and implementation.What Success Looks LikeClients actively using PhysioFunnels on a weekly basisHigh engagement and responsiveness from clientsClients implementing recommendations consistentlyStrong retention and long-term client satisfactionFewer reactive issues and more proactive progressWho You AreTakes ownership, you don't wait to be told what to doIs proactive, you spot problems before they become issuesCommunicates clearly and confidently with clientsIs comfortable with technology and learning new systems quicklyEnjoys solving problems and helping people succeedCan manage multiple clients without losing attention to detailExperience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or a client-facing role is a plus.Job DetailsLocation: Celebration, Florida (In-office, Full-time)Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMSalary: $50,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience)Why Join Us?Work with ambitious business owners who value your inputBe part of a fast-growing, high-performance teamMake a real impact on client results and business growthOpportunities for development and progression within the companyReady to Apply?If you want a role where you can take ownership, make a difference, and directly impact client success, we'd love to hear from you.
