Account Manager/Sales Representative

Job Description A leading designer, importer, and distributor of amusement toys, novelties, and giftware, is seeking a motivated Account Manager/Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented team player with a passion for building business relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow an assigned customer base by understanding customer needs and providing personalized service.Execute sales strategies to achieve maximum results with each client.Handle cold calling and outbound customer outreach.Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.Resolve customer concerns, including product availability, quality, and credit issues.Participate in trade shows, including booth setup and teardown.Represent Company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, or customer relations.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (Sage 300 experience is a plus).Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Preferred Attributes:Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.Goal-oriented with the ability to manage time efficiently.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality.Position Type: Full-timeLocation: Fall River, MASalary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/year +BonusesTypical Office Hours: 8am to 5pmThis is an exciting opportunity to join an established company and make an impact while advancing your career.
