Job Description:
The Reports Analysts are in charge to support overall clients' business with reporting and analysis concerning the clients, the products, and the sales performance. The Reports Analysts will provide our operations team with the reporting and workflow management needed to fulfill our customers' needs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general analytical and administrative support related to data collection and analysis of customer spend data, client retention, departmental performance, pipeline, and overall account maintenance to identify trends and opportunities
Design impactful dashboards using Salesforce Lightning Dashboards; experience with CRM Analytics is a plus
Build and maintain trending reports and analytics in SFDC, Tableau, and dashboards to track performance and key metrics that drive sales and operations insights (CRM Analytics is a plus)
Organize and document KPIs for user stories and data dependencies
Produce weekly and monthly agent scorecards showing individual agent performance against defined departmental KPIs by extracting data from Salesforce.com and generating recurring sales forecast reports accurately and on time
Highlight trends and anomalies in weekly or monthly reports and ensure appropriate investigation and communication with relevant stakeholders to recommend performance improvements
Develop custom reports for process monitoring within the Salesforce.com platform
Regularly consult with management on call center reporting best practices, strategies, and team performance, and proactively recommend improvements to performance targets
Demonstrate understanding of Salesforce platform assets, CRM Analytics, and other integrated tools such as Power BI or Tableau to support a cohesive 360-degree view of territory performance and customer insights
Handle complex and varied ad-hoc reporting requests for non-standard issues and analyses
Develop, enhance, and streamline existing reports and reporting processes where possible
Collaborate with departments and clients to understand and document business processes and reporting requirements
Analyze and document data definitions and priorities
REQUIREMENTS
Completed at least two (2) years in college
One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Reports Analyst
Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required
Experience developing analytical prototypes to support business decision-making
Experience with statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques, including predictive modeling, simulations, optimization, and other computational methods
Proven analytical skills in reporting and generating actionable insights
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where operational excellence, strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude are expected
Experience in organizational process definition and or re-engineering
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Dynamic, adaptable, and able to manage change effectively
Hands-on and able to work across diverse cultures
Proven time management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Amenable to working on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules
Willing to work onsite in Muñoz, Quezon City
