This position is for a Social Services Team Lead (Safety) with an sate agency job location in Homes County, MS.Duties and Responsibilities:�Supervisory-level position accountable for administrative work involving professional social services, which encompasses the provision of case management services designed to strengthen, rehabilitate, and preserve individuals and/or families; and provide protection and care for children and vulnerable adults in need of supplementary, substitute care, or provide full-time intake services. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.
