This role ensures every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while delivering exceptional customer experience.This position combines technical expertise, team leadership, and customer interaction —ideal for a top-performing installer ready to lead and mentor others.Leadership & Team Oversight Lead, train, and mentor installation team members and helpersAssign tasks and ensure efficient workflow on job sitesPromote a positive, professional, and safety-first cultureProvide coaching to develop future lead installersInstall residential HVAC systems to manufacturer specificationsPerform start-ups, testing, and system verificationFabricate and install ductwork and fittings as neededTroubleshoot installation issues and make field adjustmentsEnsure jobs are completed on time and within scopeInspect completed installations for quality and code complianceCommunicate clearly with homeowners about scope of work and system operationAnswer questions and build trust with customersMaintain accurate job paperwork, materials usage, and installation notesKeep company vehicle and inventory organizedCoordinate with dispatch, sales, and management teamsEnsure compliance with all local codes and safety regulationsWhat You Bring 3–5+ years HVAC installation experienceStrong leadership or crew ‐ lead backgroundExcellent communication and customer serviceAdvanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipEPA 608 certificationValid driver's licensePreferred: NATE certification, experience with Trane, Lennox, or similar systems, OSHA trainingPhysical Requirements Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle ladders and toolsComfortable working on ladders and in tight spacesAbility to handle tools, equipment, and repetitive physical tasksReady to join a team that values your skills and respects your time?
