Assembly Technician

Job Title - Assembly Technician Location- Clearwater FL USA 33764Duration- 6-12 months Contract to Hire (depending on performance )Pay Range: $22.50/hour on W2 and 3k Bonus (*T&C Applied)100 % Onsite 1st shift role.Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure: $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance$1k at 60 days $1k at 90 days You will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.Key Responsibilities • Perform assembly of systems according to specifications • Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve any issues • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines • Maintain accurate records of delivery and assembly defects • Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality YOU MUST HAVE • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Good communication and teamwork skills WE VALUE • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Associate's degree in a technical field • Experience working in a manufacturing environment • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing ethicsAbout Acro: Acro Service Corporation is a global professional services and contract staffing company that has provided IT, Engineering, and Professional services/ personnel to major corporations.
