Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple channels such as social media, job boards, and ATS platforms like Workday or iCIMS Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for onsite roles, campus recruitment initiatives, and executive searches to attract diverse talent pools Conduct thorough interviews utilizing behavioral and technical assessment techniques to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit Negotiate employment offers and employment contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft to track candidate progress and generate recruiting reports Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding activities, and training & development programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization Requirements Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition strategies Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and internal stakeholders effectively Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday, SAP/PeopleSoft, or UltiPro for managing employee data and recruitment workflows Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices Experience using ATS platforms such as Avionte for candidate tracking and reporting Ability to research market trends, generate leads through cold calling or social media management, and develop innovative sourcing techniques Proficiency in HR sourcing methods including relationship management, research, and leveraging social media channels for lead generation Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us in shaping the future of our workforce by identifying top talent and fostering an engaging candidate experience.
