A leading global automotive manufacturer in Troy, MI is looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator to lead on planning, inventory management customer service and logistics operations across the aftermarket product portfolio. Client Details Our client is a leading global automotive manufacturer with a strong presence in the luxury automotive sector. Description Support suppliers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce stockouts, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure on-time delivery. Logistics and order fulfillment - inbound shipments, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouse. Operate with excellent customer service communications, ensuring troubleshooting and issue management with a solutions focused mindset. Update ERP/MRP systems with purchase orders, forecasts, and inventory movements. Partner with sales, product management, warehouse operations, and finance teams. Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers. Profile The successful Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator will have: 2+ years of Supply Chain experience. Experience in aftermarket parts/automotive manufacturing ERP system management. Excellent customer service experience. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Desirable: Experience coordination with overseas suppliers, freight partners or customs brokers. Job Offer Full time contract. Hybrid in Troy, MI. Compensation up to $70,000.
