The successful candidate will be highly technical, a natural troubleshooter, customer focused, and have a proactive mindset. You enjoy organization metrics, analytics, team camaraderie and multitasking, all while working in a fun environment.Job requirements4+ years of recent, relevant hands-on experienceRequired certifications: MS, MCSAPreferred certifications: CCNA, VMware or Hyper-VPreferred previous work experience: with a Managed Service ProviderPreferred systems experience:ConnectWise, LabtechWindows Server Operation SystemsExchange and Office 365Active Directory and Group PoliciesSharepointAzure and AWSDNS, VPN, WAN and LAN connectivitySwitches and RoutersFirewalls and SecurityPreferred experience with enterprise backup solutions and business continuity solutionsExcellent written and verbal communicationPassion for documentationDesire to grow personally and professionallyDesire to work in a fast-paced and growing organizationRequire a valid driver's license and personal vehicleJob responsibilitiesA successful Technical Alignment Manager will be able to:Leverage their level 3 technical skills and advanced understanding and working knowledge of Windows Server & Windows 10/11 operating systems including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services, & Group Policy, cloud computing concepts, and a firm grasp of basic security standards.Understand and have working knowledge of networking including Firewall Configuration, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching, NATs, vLANs, Routing, & VPNs.Understand and have working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including AD Sync, Exchange Online Configuration, Teams, & OneDrive.Analyze client systems and network infrastructure to proactively identify technology lifecycle anomalies, issues, faults, trends, and risks and implement action plans to resolve issues.Collaborate with the vCIO and Project Teams to educate and present to clients on best use and configuration of System & Network infrastructure-concepts, options, and solutions (IT roadmap).Create and maintain technical documentation to include both system reviews, recommendations, and best practices.Review and complete all proactive tickets according to SLA.Communicate with clients for all scheduled proactive visits-goals, results, incident progress, and impending changes and/or agreed outages.Participate in onboarding new clients, including performing network assessments and creating technical documentation.Lift and move computer and network equipment.Participate in a scheduled On-Call rotation as well as perform occasional after-hours duties as needed.Job benefitsWhat we offer:Competitive payQuarterly BonusesProgressive PTOMedical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability availableTax deferred retirement plan with company matchCareer Development and CoachingFun work environment!Our Commitment to Inclusion: Step into a role that respects your individuality and supports your growth. Actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.
