We partner with organizations across North America to deliver high-quality technical talent and scalable workforce solutions.As part of our continued expansion in the US market, we are looking to bring on a Business Development Associate who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business growth within the technology sector.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in business development, technology sales, or IT staffing, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our client base by identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and helping deliver tailored staffing and technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Pipeline GrowthResearch and identify potential clients across industries with IT hiring or project needsBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and market researchInitiate contact with prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreachSchedule and conduct introductory meetings to understand client requirementsClient Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with IT leaders, hiring managers, and key decision-makersAct as a point of contact for client inquiries related to staffing and project supportSupport ongoing client engagement to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessTrack interactions and maintain accurate client records using CRM toolsSolution Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with internal recruiting teams to align on client requirements and candidate profilesSupport the presentation of IT staffing services including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placementsAssist in positioning solutions related to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) based on client needsEnsure timely communication between clients and internal teams throughout the hiring processSales Process & CoordinationParticipate in various stages of the sales cycle including outreach, qualification, proposal support, and onboarding coordinationAssist in preparing client proposals, service agreements, and follow-upsSupport negotiations and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teamsMonitor progress of opportunities and contribute to revenue trackingQualificationsRequiredPrevious experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Staffing, or Recruitment SalesDemonstrated ability to support client acquisition, account growth, or revenue-generating activitiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsOrganized and comfortable managing multiple client interactions simultaneouslySelf-motivated with a proactive and professional approachPreferredExperience working within IT staffing, consulting, or technology servicesFamiliarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Existing network within the Houston or US business/technology marketCompensationCompensation will be discussed during the interview process and is aligned with experience, role scope, and performance expectations.Why Join Saint Laurent ConsultingOpportunity to work within a growing technology consulting and staffing firmExposure to Cloud, AI, Data, and ERP projects across multiple industriesCollaborative and supportive team environmentFlexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid options)Opportunity for professional growth and expanded responsibilities
