Custodian/Maintenance Worker (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.Tower School seeks a reliable Custodian/Maintenance Worker to support daily campus operations. Responsibilities include custodial cleaning, light maintenance, grounds care, event set-up, and snow removal to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming school environment. Key Duties Include: Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas Replenishing supplies and responding to work orders Grounds maintenance and snow removal (including off-shift work during inclement weather) Event set-up/breakdown and general campus support Following safety procedures and using PPE appropriatelyQualifications:Minimum 3 years of custodial or facilities experience Ability to read and communicate in English Dependable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditionsBackground check required.Tower School is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive community.
