Your duties will consist of assisting the service and culinary departments and providing world-class customer service to our teams and families that enter our complex. Responsibilities:• Double check the order before it goes to a guests table.• Help to clean off tables after guests have left.• Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct server.• Communicate with servers as to the needs of guests.• Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables• Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table• Assist in cleaning of the dining area at the close of day• Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required:• High School diploma or equivalent.• Ability to listen to and follow directions.• Great organizational skills.• Knowledge of food safety.• Ability to multi-task.• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements:• Able to move at least 40 pounds.• Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours.
