Our Values That Guide Us Service Principle Excellence Hope Empowerment Function Health Practitioner Role This person leads individual patient care in Functional Health. Drawing on your nutritional knowledge, you coordinate a plan of action around dietary choices, supplements, and lifestyle changes, in combination with lab testing supported by a team of functional medicine experts to help guide protocols Oversees and organizes the patient care process within the scope of the Functional Medicine program. You feel confident about providing patients with nutritional guidance for a healthier way of living life. The position is perfect for a detailed person who can connect quickly with people and have empathy for their health concerns and work closely with the doctor team. Must also be willing to travel 2-3 weekends per year for professional development. For Full-time Team Members Health Reimbursement Up to $1,200 per year reimbursed to you for any expense toward your wellbeing (i.e, gym memberships, glasses, dental, medical). Paid Vacation After your first 90 days of continuous employment, you will get 1 week vacation, in addition to paid federal holidays.
