Position: CNC ProgrammerWork Location: Tomball, TXContract: FulltimeJob Description:Key Responsibilities:CNC Lathe & Mill NC program optimizationCycle time reduction and productivity improvementSupport production ramp upHands on shop floor support and prove outsNC Programmer with manufacturing process & shopfloor knowledgeGood at Optimal cutting tool selection & calculating cutting parametersOptimize CNC machining cycle times by analyzing current toolpaths, Cut parameters, setup time, etc.Analyze existing shopfloor setup & NC programs developedGood CNC machine knowledge along with its kinematics & specifications - Mill & turn machinesImprove overall equipment efficiency (OEE)Support production scale-up & Enhance throughput across available critical machines at shop facility.Fixtures & holding device knowledgeStrong expertise in CNC Lathes and CNC MillsProven experience in cycle time reduction / machining optimizationExperience working in medium to high volume manufacturingComfortable with onsite customer interaction
