Position: CNC Programmer
Work Location: Tomball, TXContract: Fulltime
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- CNC Lathe & Mill NC program optimization
- Cycle time reduction and productivity improvement
- Support production ramp upHands on shop floor support and prove outsNC Programmer with manufacturing process & shopfloor knowledge
- Good at Optimal cutting tool selection & calculating cutting parameters
Optimize CNC machining cycle times by analyzing current toolpaths, Cut parameters, setup time, etc.
Analyze existing shopfloor setup & NC programs developed
Good CNC machine knowledge along with its kinematics & specifications - Mill & turn machines
Improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE)
Support production scale-up & Enhance throughput across available critical machines at shop facility.
Fixtures & holding device knowledge
Strong expertise in CNC Lathes and CNC MillsProven experience in cycle time reduction / machining optimization
Experience working in medium to high volume manufacturing
Comfortable with onsite customer interaction
