Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop new business leads through telemarketing, tradeshows, in-bound and out-bound calls, WEB and advertisements.
Manage and train new and current sales associates.
Responsible for reporting month status to management.
Develop tracking system for lead generation.
Experience Required/Type and Length:
Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
Previous management skills required.
Required Job Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent phone and written communications skills.
Experience with MS-Office applications and Internet search engines.
Goldmine/QuotePro experience desirable.
