Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of assigned areas, identifying potential security breaches or hazardsDeter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents promptly and professionallyControl access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized accessProvide emergency response, including de-escalation, arrest control, and restraining individuals as necessaryMaintain clear and concise incident reports and documentation for all security-related incidentsEngage with individuals in a courteous and professional manner to enforce rules and regulationsCoordinate with local law enforcement when requiredQualifications and RequirementsExperience: Background in Military Police, law enforcement, or certified corrections is requiredFirearms: Must have own firearm and a valid license to carry; an armed guard license is required in applicable statesTraining: Certified in arrest control, handcuff, and baton use is preferredPhysical Fitness: Capable of performing physical duties such as patrolling, responding to incidents, and managing potentially intense confrontationsCompliance: Understanding of and commitment to all local, state, and federal security and firearm regulationsSchedule Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededPreferred QualificationsMust have obtained Top Security Clearance in the past 5 yearsMust have obtained a Security Clearance in the past 5 yearsPreferred SkillsStrong observational skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and de-escalation abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and discretionPrior training or certification in security management, conflict resolution, or emergency responsePhysical RequirementsMust be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periodsCapable of lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs as neededThis position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients.
