As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, updating HR databases, and assisting in HR compliance tasks. You will gain hands-on experience with HR documentation, organizing training sessions, and coordinating internal communication. This is an on-site role based in Tower City, ND, allowing for direct mentorship and collaboration with the HR team.QualificationsBasic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and proceduresCommunication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or systemsStrong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyEagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and professional environmentBachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior internship or coursework in Human Resources is a plusKey Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities (festivals, team events, fun Fridays, etc.)Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event logisticsSupport in organizing office celebrations, townhalls, and recognition programsHelp in creating communication content (emails, posters, invites)Maintain records of engagement activities and participationGather feedback from employees to improve future initiativesSupport HR team in day-to-day coordination related to engagement
