Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on bowling lanes, pinsetters, scoring systems, and other bowling equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Facility Upkeep: Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and technical rooms. Perform light janitorial duties as needed. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe environment by conducting regular safety checks and addressing any hazards promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments. Collaborate with external service providers for complex repairs when necessary. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and replacement parts. Ensure efficient use of supplies and coordinate ordering as required. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Provide regular reports to management on maintenance status and equipment conditions. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance is preferred. Proven experience in facility or equipment maintenance, preferably in a bowling or entertainment setting. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and solve technical problems effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Commitment to safety and compliance with established protocols.
