Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning Ensuring food quality Portion control Utilizing knife skills Operating fryer and grill Working in the back of house Food handling and preparation Baking various items Following ServSafe Food Handler guidelines Required Skills: Experience in food and beverage management Knowledge of sanitation practices Proficiency in cooking techniques ServSafe Certified Understanding of food safety protocols Nice to Have Skills: Experience with ordering and purchasing Knowledge of merchandising techniques Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary with health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and IRA options.
