FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance TechnicianSchedule: Monday-Friday 6:30 am- 3:00 pmSidney Location - 777 South Kuther Road, Sidney OH 45265SUMMARY:Obtain and ensure facilities problems are identified and repaired by performing the following duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:Perform preventative maintenance on equipment/systemsEnsure contractors deliver quality servicesTroubleshoot of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing issuesSupport and maintain preventative maintenance programProvide applied technical expertise in the areas of infrastructure projectsClean and upkeep of the groundsPacking and moving office furniture and/or equipmentHandling all work by-products (i.e., trash, pickup, processing recyclables)Follow daily work schedule with minimal supervisionQUALIFICATIONS:Successful candidates should have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience; or a combination of education, and training. Previous warehouse and/or facilities maintenance experience desired.Attention to detail is a mustCraftmanship in completing assigned projectsMust be organized with good written and oral communication skillsEXPERIENCE:Maintenance – 1 Year (Required)THIS IS AN ONSITE IN PERSON POSITION
