Role: Forward Deployment EngineerLocation: Sunnyvale, CAFTERole SummaryHands-on senior engineer working directly with Supply Chain customers and business stakeholders to deploy, customize, and scale solutions. Acts as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.Key Responsibilities• Partner with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions• Deploy, customize, and optimize solutions in real-world environments• Lead architecture, troubleshooting, and performance improvements• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive enhancements• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentorRequirements• 8+ years in software engineering / solutions / technical consulting• Strong hands-on coding + system design experience• Experience using AI/Gen AI, Automation and Tooling for solving Business problem• Experience working directly with business stakeholders/customers• Proficiency in working with AI Solutions, Data Engineering and Python (e.g., Python, SQL, Snowflake,)• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
