This is hands-on assembly in a clean safe space. Suit up focus in and cash out weekly. How you'll spend your shift assemble high-pressure regulators and precision components from start to finish using blueprints and work instructions. Utilize hand tools torque wrenches and assembly equipment to complete high-quality products. Perform helium leak testing and functional testing to verify product performance. Inspect components for defects scratches and quality concerns throughout the assembly process. Complete production records quality documentation and packaging requirements. Follow strict clean room procedures safety standards and manufacturing protocols.The skills that count here high school diploma or GED required. 12+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints assembly drawings and work instructions. Experience using hand tools measuring devices and torque equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs regularly. Must be able to perform torque requirements up to 150 ft./lbs. U.S. citizen or permanent resident status required.
