CNA/PCA's (Personal Care Assistant) evenings main role is to check on the residents as scheduled, perform daily cares, med administration, and help maintain a clean living environment for our residents, staff and guests. Because of the personal nature of the job, we are seeking applicants that possess people skills and the ability to be compassionate and enjoy helping others. The core functions on the job include: Bathe and dress residents Take vital signs Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors Answer resident calls Examine residents for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds CNA/PCA's also serve as a conduit between patients and nurses and record and communicate all issues to medical staff. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE . Experience not necessary, but compassion and the desire to help others is a must. Comprehensive training provided.
