Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics Nurse-Allied

Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics physician employment in North Carolina : Seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner' Daily rounds in house and will take call from home' This Level 1 unit will have an anticipated 600 deliveries a year' An average daily census of about 5 newborns' 24-hour shifts: rounding on newborns in-house during the day and then take call from home' NNPs will be responsible for daily rounds on newborns, attending deliveries when requested and will take call from home' Practitioners would also stabilize, manage and facilitate transport of newborns to adjacent NICUs for newborns needing higher level care' Team will consist of 4 NNPs with the sister LEVEL III NICU staffed by 2 Neonatologists and 5-6 NNPs' Opportunities to do supplemental PRN shifts at the affiliated level III NICU may be possible; but would not be required, as this position is for the Level 1 nursery.'
