Executive chef

Market Tavern restaurants is expanding and opening a new location. We are currently under construction and are planning on opening at the end of this year. We are looking for a creative head chef to oversee restaurant productions. Working knowledge of butchery, food cost, developing recipes, mentoring sous chefs and hourly employees necessary.
