All you need is strong work ethic, common sense, and a desire to succeed. We’ll train you to become a high-performing roofing sales professional. Key Responsibilities Communicate with homeowners and potential clients Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals Clearly explain roofing services and value-added offerings Negotiate contracts Travel to meet clients Perform door-to-door lead generation Climb and inspect residential roofs Work on a 100% commission pay structure Job Requirements Valid driver’s license Must have a vehicle (truck or similar) that can haul ladders and other equipment required to perform job duties Ability to lift 70 pounds Ability to lift, carry, and set up ladders up to 32’ in length Ability to climb roofs up to a 10/12 slope (with proper safety harnesses/equipment) and up to 3-story residential height Ability to access attics and other confined spaces Ability to work safely and with agility at construction job sites Must be able to pass a background check Work Location Hybrid — Clarkesville, GA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Clarkesville, GA 30523
