Office Coordinator
Description We are looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting client communications, and assisting with administrative tasks that contribute to delivering outstanding service.Responsibilities:- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented office environment.- Manage incoming communications, including sorting and distributing correspondence.- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments as needed.- Prepare and submit expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.- Monitor office supplies, place orders, and work with vendors to maintain equipment functionality.- Organize and maintain office and marketing materials to support team operations.- Oversee the office calendar and assist with catering and special event arrangements.- Create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and client meeting materials.- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and external partners.- Support various special projects to assist team members in achieving client-focused goals. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Experience working with all levels of management and personnel across an organization.- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.- Detail oriented approach and demeanor, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, front desk, or office operations.- A college degree is preferred but not required.
