Primary Job Title: Training Support Specialist - ComplianceLocation: Scarborough, MEOnsite Flexibility: OnsiteContract Details:Position Type: ContractPay Rate: $32.97 /hr (USD)Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Job Summary: The position of Quality Training Compliance Specialist is within the Infectious Disease Developed Markets business unit located in Scarborough, Maine. This role provides training support and expertise to employees to ensure continued compliance with the Quality System and the administration of the divisional Learning Management System. The Quality Training Compliance Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of the Learning Management System, training reporting, and records. This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.Key Responsibilities:Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and management for the Quality System Training Program to ensure employees are trained to perform their activitiesProvide Subject Matter Expertise on the learning process, including the learning management system, to other functional areasEnsure effective communication, monitoring, and promotion of learning activitiesLiaise with Division, Managers, and Team Leaders to continuously improve learning processes and/or systemsEstablish and maintain a direct and proactive relationship with internal and external customers, with a strong understanding of current customer needs, anticipate and address issues, escalating as applicableAuthor and review learn documentation/materialSupport audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to the Learning system and/or processesEnsure training program meets quality standardsCoordinate and support the completion of training programs that are required to meet Quality Training Compliance requirementsMaintain applicable administrative procedures and policies to ensure compliance with business processes and regulatory expectationsConduct training curriculum reviews and revise training plans accordinglyCreate and assist with the development of training materialsCoordinate resources (other presenters/instructors, course materials, training space, etc.)Create/manage a qualified train-the-trainer programEducation Requirements:BS in preferably in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experienceRequired Experience:2-5 years' experience in the medical device or regulated industry preferredRequired Skills:Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPreferred Skills:Familiar with federal and other regulations, e.g., QSR's, ISO 13485, CMDR, IVDD/IVDRKnowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning a plusAbility to think strategically and provide direction to the management team, along with the capacity to balance both short-term and long-term issues effectivelyPreparing and delivering presentationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projectsAbility to deal appropriately with regulatory agenciesWorking knowledge of the training requirements required by regulatory agencies (documentation, effectivity, etc.)Must be able to work independently under minimal supervisionMust follow standard safety policies and proceduresExperience utilizing word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Benefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client: Leading healthcare innovator dedicated to improving lives worldwide through a diverse portfolio of medical devices, diagnostics, and nutrition products.About GTT: GTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
