Ask about our FREE CNA classes. Experience with dementia strongly preferred.The starting wage is $18/hour for Caregivers and $20/hour for CNAs. After 5 months of employment, Caregivers are eligible to enroll in our CNA training program and will receive a wage increase to $20/hour upon certification.Responsibilities:Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc.Meal planning, cooking and bakingConversation and companionshipInteractive CaregivingErrands and transportationAssistance with ADLs. Activities of Daily LivingHands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygieneAssistance with mobility may include use of transfer tools/equipmentAssistance with medicationCommunicate with Client Care Coordinator as neededProvide proper electronic documentation of shift and caresQualifications:At least 21 years of ageReliable transportation, personal vehicle required throughout your work dayDriver's License3 years of driving experienceClean driving recordProof of Auto Insurance with your name listed as authorized driverHigh School Diploma or GEDState and Federal background check and fingerprintingHelp both male and female clients with personal caresLift 50 pounds safelyWork history that shows excellent attendanceWork history that show job retentionStrong work ethicAbility to work independentlyPositive work referencesCompassionate and caring demeanorProfessional imageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits:Weekly Paychecks.
