Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located at our Cincinnati, OH office. Responsibilities include identifying and connecting with prospective clients, nurturing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with clients to promote company services, address inquiries, and provide guidance on solutions tailored to their needs. Additional tasks include tracking sales activities and staying informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skillsProven Customer Service experience and ability to build strong client relationshipsDemonstrated expertise in Sales and developing business opportunitiesExperience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance capabilitiesSkilled in Client Aquisition, including planning, monitoring, and achieving targetsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the investigative or compliance industry is a plus
