maintenance, patching, certificate management, and capacity planningTroubleshoot mail flow issues, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecksConfigure transport rules, connectors, and Client Access ServicesManage integration with Enterprise Vault for legacy archive accessExchange Online Administration (20%)Administer Microsoft 365 Exchange Online environment and hybrid configurationManage mailbox migrations from on-premises to Exchange OnlineConfigure Exchange Online Protection (EOP), DLP policies, and mail flow rulesImplement retention policies, eDiscovery, and compliance featuresMonitor service health and manage M365 compliance requirementsOversee migration from Enterprise Vault to M365 native archiving/retentionMicrosoft Teams Administration (25%)Administer Teams environment including team/channel governance and lifecycle policiesConfigure Teams voice features including Direct Routing, calling policies, and phone systemManage Teams apps, bots, custom integrations, and connector policiesImplement Teams compliance including retention, eDiscovery, communication compliance, and information barriersConfigure guest access, external access, meeting policies, and live eventsTroubleshoot Teams connectivity, quality issues, and client problemsManage Teams device administration (phones, room systems, displays)Email Security & Proofpoint (10%)Support Power Automate flows integrating with Exchange, Teams, and SharePointAssist with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and connector securityMaintain integration points between SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and TeamsSupport automation solutions leveraging M365 servicesUnderstand licensing implications across M365 workloadsAutomation & Scripting (10%)Develop and maintain
