Software Engineer

About the Role We’re looking for a high-ownership Full-Stack Software Engineer who can build production-grade features end-to-end—clean UI, solid backend APIs, scalable data models, and reliable deployments. You’ll work closely with product/design, move fast, and ship measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do Build and ship user-facing features (web) with strong performance and UX. Design and develop backend services/APIs (REST/GraphQL), including validation, security, and integrations. Own database design (schema, indexing, migrations) and write optimized queries. Implement authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth, RBAC), audit logs, and secure workflows. Improve system reliability: monitoring, logging, alerting, error handling, and scaling. Write clean, testable code with unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews. Collaborate in an agile environment: estimate work, break down tasks, and ship iteratively. Required Qualifications (Must-Have) 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience in production systems. Strong fundamentals in DSA, OOP, and system design basics. Experience with: Frontend: React / Next.js (any modern framework) Backend: Node.js / Java (Spring Boot) / Python (Django/FastAPI) / .NET Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB Solid understanding of API design, error handling, and secure coding practices. Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD basics, and deploying to cloud environments. Strong communication and ability to work independently with ownership. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), especially storage, compute, and networking basics. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS). Experience with observability tools (Datadog/New Relic/CloudWatch, ELK). Exposure to performance optimization (profiling, caching, CDN, DB tuning). Prior work in SaaS products, multi-tenant systems, or B2B workflows.
