Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary:Seeking an experienced professional to oversee maintenance operations and infrastructure performance across critical facilities and large-scale data centers. This role ensures reliability, compliance, and optimal performance of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee electrical infrastructure, HVAC, plumbing, and facility operationsLead day-to-day data center maintenance and operations teamsServe as SME for high-voltage systems, UPS, generators, and switchgearEnsure compliance with safety standards (NFPA, OSHA, NEC, CIP)Handle preventive and corrective maintenance programsSupport infrastructure upgrades, vendor coordination, and capital projectsRespond to emergencies and manage incident resolutionMaintain documentation (SOPs, MOPs) and track performance metricsRequired Experience:8+ years in facilities maintenance3+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong experience in data centers or mission-critical environmentsExpertise in electrical distribution systems and power redundancyExperience with CMMS toolsRequired Qualifications:Valid Texas Master Electrician LicenseStrong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building infrastructureAbility to read blueprints and electrical schematicsPreferred Qualifications:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fieldExperience with BMS, dcTrack, or similar toolsKnowledge of HVAC/BAS and fire safety systemsPMP, NICET, LEED, or similar certifications
