Role Description This is a full-time, mobile Maintenance Technician and Coordinator role located in Tulsa, OK. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, repairing equipment, and troubleshooting issues. Other duties include maintaining properties and equipment, ensuring proper functioning of systems, and responding promptly to maintenance requests to support tenant and property needs.
