Senior Construction Manager - Division 26E
About the Role Do you thrive in leading field execution where production discipline, coordination, and operational readiness directly determine project success? We're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager - Division 26E to lead execution of enabling infrastructure and prerequisite systems across complex and mission-critical construction projects. In this role, you'll own all Division 26E scope, including enabling infrastructure, conveyance systems, grounding and bonding interfaces, and prerequisite installation packages that support downstream Division 27 and Division 28 work. You'll lead both self-perform crews and subcontracted teams to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with installation standards, schedule milestones, and turnover requirements. From work release through project closeout, you'll drive accountability across planning, sequencing, execution, and readiness-ensuring work is completed through defined release and turnover gates rather than informal or disconnected progress. What You'll Do - Lead Execution. Drive Readiness.Direct and manage all Division 26E field operations through Foremen, field leadership, self-perform crews, subcontractors, and supporting trade partners.Own Enabling Infrastructure DeliveryLead installation and coordination activities related to:Lead short-interval planning, daily production tracking, and look-ahead scheduling activities to maintain alignment with project milestones and release requirements.Maintain Project ReadinessCoordinate Multi-Trade InterfacesEstablish Installation DisciplineResolve Execution RisksMaintain Daily Project VisibilityImplement corrective actions and recovery strategies when schedule performance, production output, or project milestones are at risk.Manage Subcontractor PerformanceSupport Testing & Turnover ActivitiesCoach and mentor Foremen and frontline leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and build scalable execution teams.
