The CMO will be responsible for shaping clinical strategy, ensuring quality outcomes, and leading a multidisciplinary provider team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This role is pivotal in the organization's mission to provide affordable, accessible, and quality healthcare to all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The successful candidate will supervise and mentor the provider team, lead policy development, and chair performance improvement and quality assurance committees. Additionally, the CMO will be the clinical voice for the Board of Directors and external stakeholders, and will continue to practice in their specialty, delivering patient care in alignment with clinical standards.Applicants for the CMO position at the company should hold current professional licensure in Pennsylvania (MD, DO, CRNP) and have national certification by a recognized accrediting body. A minimum of 5 years' of clinical leadership and administrative experience in a primary care environment is required, along with a proven track record of leading teams, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
